Pictured above are the top three in the Demo from the Montgomery Turkey Trot on Sunday. Twenty cars were in the event which was held on Sunday afternoon to conclude the Montgomery Turkey Trot Festival. It proved to be one of the most exciting Demos in recent years.

Pictured above is Dalton Knepp as he receives the Championship Trophy from Montgomery Ruritan President Kraig Knepp following the Championship Race on Sunday afternoon. Dalton Knepp is the son of Keith and Stephanie Knepp of Montgomery and is a 5th Grader at Barr-Reeve. Dalton’s turkey (Maverick) sprinted across the finish line at a time of 13.6 seconds just ahead of Bryce Graber who finished in 2nd place and Willow Thompson who finished in 3rd place in a very competitive race.
